Welcome to JerusalemBridge.org ("Jerusalem Bridge," "we," "us," or "our"). The website is operated by Pray & Send Ltd., registration number 200558146, with its business location in Jerusalem, Israel.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jerusalem Bridge website, including all related services, features, content, products, digital services and other offerings made available through the website (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, browsing, registering with, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Additional policies, notices and documents published on the Site — including our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy — form part of these Terms by reference.

We may update these Terms from time to time and will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

Jerusalem Bridge provides an online platform through which users may submit prayers, spiritual requests and other permitted materials for processing and, where applicable, placement or delivery through the service selected by the user. The exact service depends on the offering selected during the ordering process.

Pray & Send Ltd. provides physical printing, delivery and documentation services for personal prayers to Holy Sites.

Jerusalem Bridge acts as a service provider facilitating the submission, processing and fulfillment of prayer-related requests. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the Site, Jerusalem Bridge does not guarantee any particular spiritual, religious, personal, medical or financial outcome from submitting a prayer.

You are responsible for reviewing the description of the selected service before completing an order. We may modify, suspend, replace or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, subject to applicable law.

By using the Services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• The information you provide is accurate and current.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You will use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• You will update information provided to us when necessary.
• You will not use automated systems, bots or scraping tools to access or collect information from the Site.
• You will not use the Services in a way that violates the rights of another person or organization.

Certain features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity conducted through your account, and you agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

We may refuse, change or remove a username that is, in our reasonable judgment, offensive, misleading or otherwise unacceptable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account to another person.

When placing an order you agree to provide complete, accurate and current billing and payment information. Accepted payment methods may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, duties or other charges may be added where required by law. Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom are shown the total payable price, including any VAT we are required to collect, before completing checkout.

By completing a transaction, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the amount presented at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing, description or other clerical errors, including after an order has been submitted, subject to applicable law.

We may refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including where we reasonably believe the transaction is fraudulent, unauthorized or abusive, and may limit the quantity or number of orders placed by an individual user, household, payment method or account.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information about our Services is accurate, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions, images, specifications or other information will always be complete, current, error-free or displayed identically on every device.

Services may be subject to availability, and we reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue individual Services, features or prices. Nothing in these Terms requires us to maintain a particular Service indefinitely.

Before completing a purchase, please review the applicable service description and our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Cancellation and refund rights depend on the nature of the Service purchased, the stage of fulfillment, applicable consumer protection laws and the specific terms displayed at the time of purchase. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded, including the EU/UK right of withdrawal described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Where Jerusalem Bridge offers a subscription or recurring service, the applicable subscription terms are presented before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, a subscription automatically renews according to the billing cycle selected at checkout, and the standard billing period is monthly.

Monthly prayer subscriptions are billed monthly until canceled.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method for each renewal period until the subscription is cancelled.

You may cancel a subscription at any time by contacting jerusalembridge.org/contact. Unless applicable law or the specific subscription terms provide otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

We may change subscription prices from time to time. Where required by law, appropriate advance notice will be provided before a price change takes effect.

The Site may allow users to submit prayers, spiritual requests, written messages, photographs, audio, video, reviews, suggestions or other materials ("User Content"). You remain responsible for the content you submit and confirm that you have the legal right to provide it.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive, defamatory, threatening or harassing, abusive, discriminatory, obscene or excessively offensive, intended to encourage violence or facilitate illegal activity, infringing on intellectual property, violating another person's privacy or publicity rights, harmful to minors, or otherwise prohibited under these Terms or applicable law.

Publicly posted User Content may be visible to other users and may be indexed or distributed by third-party services. Do not submit confidential information through publicly accessible areas of the Site. The text of a prayer submitted through checkout is treated as confidential and is not published.

You retain ownership of the User Content you submit, except for the rights expressly granted to Jerusalem Bridge under these Terms.

By submitting User Content, you grant Jerusalem Bridge a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, non-exclusive licence, to the extent permitted by law, to host, store, reproduce, process, display, format, translate, distribute and otherwise use that User Content for purposes connected with operating, providing, promoting and improving the Services. Where reasonably necessary to provide the Services, this licence may include the use of a submitted name, image, voice, business name or logo included with the submission.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant this licence, and where permitted by applicable law you waive or agree not to assert moral rights in relation to the permitted uses of your User Content.

If you voluntarily provide comments, suggestions, ideas, reviews or other feedback ("Feedback"), you authorize Jerusalem Bridge to use that Feedback for legitimate business, operational, development or promotional purposes without compensation. You remain responsible for ensuring your Feedback does not violate third-party rights.

We do not undertake to continuously monitor every piece of User Content. We reserve the right, at our discretion and where permitted by law, to review, refuse publication of, edit, remove, restrict, categorize or re-categorize content, suspend an account or terminate access where we believe content violates these Terms, applicable law, the rights of another person, or the proper operation of the Site. Where appropriate, we may cooperate with law enforcement or other competent authorities.

All intellectual property associated with the Site and Services — including software, source code, databases, structure, designs, graphics, photographs, text, videos, audio, logos, trademarks and service marks ("Site Content") — belongs to Jerusalem Bridge or is used under appropriate authorization, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, copy, republish, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, sell or commercially exploit Site Content, mirror the Site, remove copyright notices or watermarks, or use Jerusalem Bridge trademarks without prior written permission.

Subject to these Terms, Jerusalem Bridge grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the Site for its intended purposes, including downloading or printing limited portions for personal, non-commercial use. Requests for permission may be sent to jerusalembridge.org/contact.

You may use the Site only for its intended purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
• Systematically collect, extract or compile Site information to create another database, directory or archive.
• Attempt to obtain another user's password or account information, or impersonate another person.
• Circumvent or disable security features or interfere with technical restrictions and access controls.
• Upload viruses, malware, Trojan horses or other harmful code, or overload or disrupt our servers or infrastructure.
• Use bots, spiders, scrapers, automated scripts or data-mining tools except where expressly permitted.
• Remove copyright notices, trademarks or watermarks.
• Use information obtained through the Site to harass, stalk, threaten or harm another person, or submit fraudulent complaints.
• Create unauthorized frames or links to portions of the Site.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the Services except where legally permitted, or copy the underlying structure or code of the Site.
• Collect user contact information for unsolicited marketing, or distribute unauthorized advertisements.
• Use the Services to compete directly with Jerusalem Bridge, or resell, transfer or broker access without authorization.
• Upload tracking mechanisms, spyware or similar unauthorized data-collection tools.
• Threaten, intimidate or harass Jerusalem Bridge employees, contractors, agents or support personnel.

The Site may contain links to websites, applications or services operated by third parties. We do not control or necessarily endorse them and do not guarantee their accuracy, security, availability, reliability or privacy practices. When you leave the Jerusalem Bridge Site you do so at your own risk, and the third party's own terms and privacy policies apply. Transactions completed through third-party platforms are between you and that third party unless expressly stated otherwise.

Jerusalem Bridge may display advertising, promotional materials or banners belonging to independent advertisers. Their presence does not necessarily mean Jerusalem Bridge endorses, sponsors or partners with the advertiser; advertisers remain responsible for their own products, services and representations.

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Site and related infrastructure may be hosted or operated in Israel; if you access the Services from another country, your information may be transferred to, stored in or processed in Israel, subject to applicable law and the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy.

When you communicate with Jerusalem Bridge electronically, you consent to receiving communications electronically. You agree that electronic communications, records, notices and electronic acceptance may satisfy legal requirements for written communications or signatures to the extent permitted by applicable law.

By placing an order, subscribing to a service or providing your email address, you agree that Jerusalem Bridge may send you informational and promotional emails about the Services, prayer placements, special offers and related content, until you ask to be removed from the mailing list. You may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in any email, by contacting jerusalembridge.org/contact, or by updating your preferences; after we process your request, no further marketing emails will be sent. Administrative and transactional emails relating to your orders (such as payment confirmations) are not marketing communications and will continue to be sent as needed to fulfill your order.

We do not guarantee that the Site or Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free. The Site may experience server problems, software errors, hardware failures, maintenance, security incidents, network failures or other technical difficulties.

We may temporarily suspend or modify the Site or Services when necessary, and may update, replace or discontinue technical features where permitted by law. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by temporary inability to access the Services, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

We reserve the right, but do not assume an obligation, to administer and protect the Site, including monitoring for violations, restricting access, removing content, limiting visibility, disabling accounts, removing excessive files or data, investigating suspected misuse, taking legal or administrative action, and reporting unlawful conduct to competent authorities where appropriate.

These Terms remain effective while you use the Services. We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access where permitted by law, including if you violate these Terms, provide false or misleading information, engage in unlawful activity, misuse the Services, compromise Site security, infringe third-party rights or otherwise create a risk to Jerusalem Bridge or its users.

Where appropriate, termination may occur without prior notice. Following termination, you may not create another account to circumvent a suspension, and we may pursue available legal remedies.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, AND JERUSALEM BRIDGE DISCLAIMS EXPRESS, IMPLIED AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE; THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE; THAT INFORMATION WILL ALWAYS BE COMPLETE OR CURRENT; THAT THE SITE WILL BE FREE FROM HARMFUL CODE; THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET EVERY USER'S PARTICULAR EXPECTATIONS; OR THAT THIRD-PARTY CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, SAFE OR RELIABLE.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any warranty or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including the statutory conformity rights of consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JERUSALEM BRIDGE AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR LOST OPPORTUNITIES.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Jerusalem Bridge for the relevant Service giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability. Where such limitations are legally unavailable, they apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law, and nothing here excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud or gross negligence.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Jerusalem Bridge, its affiliates, partners, directors, officers, employees, contractors and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and reasonable legal expenses arising from your User Content; your use or misuse of the Services; your violation of these Terms or of any representation or warranty in them; your violation of third-party intellectual property, privacy or other rights; or your unlawful, harmful or abusive conduct toward another person.

The Services are operated from Israel. We do not represent that the Site or Services are appropriate or legally available in every country. Users accessing the Services from outside Israel are responsible for determining whether their use complies with the laws applicable to them.

The Services are not designed or represented as compliant with specialized regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA or FISMA. If your intended use requires such compliance, you must not use the Services for that purpose.

If you are a California resident with an unresolved consumer complaint concerning the Services, you may have the right to contact the applicable California consumer assistance authorities. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable federal or state law, including your rights under the FTC's automatic-renewal and refund-disclosure guidance.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU or the UK, you benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you reside, and nothing in these Terms deprives you of them. This includes the statutory right of withdrawal described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

EU consumers may also submit a complaint to their national consumer protection authority. We aim to resolve any dispute directly and will respond to every complaint within 5 business days.

These Terms, together with the policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services. If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

No provision creates a partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship between you and Jerusalem Bridge. Our failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms and your relationship with Jerusalem Bridge are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The competent courts of Israel have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services, subject to any mandatory rights granted by applicable law — including the right of EU and UK consumers to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.

Any dispute should first be communicated to Jerusalem Bridge so that the matter may be reviewed and, where possible, resolved directly. Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Information displayed on the Site may occasionally contain typographical mistakes, pricing errors, omissions or other inaccuracies relating to Services, pricing, availability, descriptions, technical features or other Site Content. We reserve the right to correct, update or modify such information at any time, and where required by law we will honor applicable consumer rights relating to such errors.

By purchasing a subscription or service on JerusalemBridge.org, you acknowledge that Jerusalem Bridge is a private, for-profit commercial entity and is not a charitable organization or house of worship.

Referral fees and support: for every valid purchase or active subscription generated through our Church Partnership Program, Jerusalem Bridge distributes between 20% and 50% of the net purchase price directly to the specific partner church that referred the user to our platform. These funds support the referring church's local ministry, welfare and community strengthening programs.

Consumer tax notice: because payments are made directly to a for-profit commercial entity for prayer delivery services, your purchase on JerusalemBridge.org is a commercial transaction and does not constitute a tax-deductible charitable contribution for the individual consumer under U.S. tax laws.

We are committed to making JerusalemBridge.org usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we apply these principles to new pages and features as they are published.

Measures already in place include: a "skip to main content" link, semantic headings and landmarks, text alternatives for meaningful images, labels on every form field, visible keyboard focus, full keyboard operation of menus and dialogs, and color contrast intended to meet AA thresholds.

Some third-party content — in particular the embedded payment page provided by our payment processor — is outside our technical control, and we cannot guarantee its accessibility. If you encounter a barrier there, contact us and we will help you complete your order by another means.
